Tom Perno, owner of Long Island Concrete, contacted Bill Penney last fall about a truck and articulating crane we had in stock.  He was looking to replace a delivery truck and made the trip to Akron to see the unit.  After a test drive, Perno felt that the conventional cab would not be suitable for the narrow streets of New York City, where most of his work is.

Bill Penney, with the help of Dan Blackburn at Center City International, spec'd an Isuzu cab forward truck mainly for the turning radius.  Perno added a special dump body in place of the flatbed for added versatility.  Everything will be radio remote controlled.

The QT team has really enjoyed working on this project and wants to thank Long Island Concrete for trusting us from several states away to deliver a quality, custom built unit.
