We are a growing, Akron based company that is hiring for a full time receptionist. You must be a professional person who likes dogs (we can fill you in during the interview). We are hiring for attitude not past experience. Start date is ASAP, please read the details below and apply if you think you are a fit.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
You will need to learn our IP phone system inside and out.
You will need to assist customers with frequently asked questions.
After you master phones, we will train you as a backup for our parts sales department.
The volume of incoming calls can vary greatly. We've got light administrative work (data entry, filing, etc) to fill in the gaps.
