Inside Truck Sales

Position Description:

We are looking for an inside sales professional to help customers make purchasing decisions on new and used service trucks. Individual must be mechanically inclined, detail oriented and enjoys working with customers. Ability to learn the equipment and how customers use them in the field are key ingredients for success. Clear, concise, accurate written communication is critical for correspondence with customers, communicating with the production team and keeping notes in our CRM.



We build high quality, niche products for the construction and mining industries. Prior experience with this industry and/or type of equipment would be extremely helpful but is not necessary to your future success. Training for this role includes a brief stint on our production floor, where you'll actually get hands on experience in building our products before you begin to engage with customers. Critical to your future success, is the ability to learn the business and develop long term relationships with customers.



Primary Responsibilities:

* Thoroughly learn our equipment and value proposition
* Follow up on inbound leads and estimate requests
* Stay “top of mind” through personalized emails, social media postings, and direct contact, to past customers
* Track activities within our sales system; Detailed notes and documentation are critical in this role
* Obtain Class B CDL


Requirements:

* 2+ years inside sales and/or sales administration experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have a proactive / self starter approach
* Comfortable with computers
* Familiarity working within a CRM
* Mechanical aptitude
* Occasional travel overnight
