Engineer: Product Support

Position Description:

Engineer for assisting customers and field techs with technical support. Most problems are solved via phone, email, Facetime. Must also be available to go into the field to get eyes on a problem.

Requirements:

Must be have a solid grasp (or get trained up quickly) on the following:



> Commercial Truck Upfitting

> 12V Electrical Systems

> Mobile Hydraulics

> Clear, concise written communication



Previous Truck Equipment experience is highly preferred.
