We are looking for an experienced (+5 yrs) installation mechanic, to install pumps, PTO's and cranes, on commercial trucks. This role will work independently to complete the installs, so it's critical that you're a self motivated individual.
We are more than happy to train the right person on certain responsibilities, but ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience working as a mechanic, and should already have a working knowledge of the below skills:
-Basic mechanic hand tools. Standard and metric. Nothing crazy, all specialized tooling is provided.
-Installing Pumps & PTOs on commercial trucks.
-Mounting service bodies
-Mounting telescopic cranes
-Prepping chassis for equipment install
-Must have own basic hand tools- Standard and metric. Nothing crazy, all specialized tooling is provided.
Equipment you will need to run , and be familiar with:
-Large forklift
-Torque wrench
-1” air powered impact wrench
-Overhead Crane

This position is for first shift : M-F (7:00am - 3:00pm). Overtime is often available, but not required...we understand that work/life balance is important. We are looking for candidates who are dependable, with a solid work history.
Requirements:

-Work cooperatively with your teammates.
-Safely operate all equipment.
Physical Requirements:
-Climbing in and out of truck bed up to 40 times per day.
-Working with hands above head for 10-30 minutes at a time
-Lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
-Working inside a confined space for 30 minutes at a time
