Assembly Tech / Mechanic. Remount Custom Work Trucks.
Position Description:
First shift. No weekends. Steady work.
Looking for someone with 3+ years of mechanical experience to focus on completing body swap projects on time with quality and safety in mind. Must have your own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
Our body swaps take ~7 year old equipment in good condition and remount them on new chassis. This requires a blend of assembly skills and mechanical / troubleshooting skills. We are happy to train the right candidate.
DETAILS:
* $25/ hr.
* First shift, Monday - Friday
* Overtime available, never forced

* Experience with truck mounted hydraulics, PTOs & Pumps

Requirements:

* Get comfortable operating heavy equipment safely.
* Learn how to safely operate commercial trucks.
Physical Requirements:
* Climbing in and out of truck bed up to 40 times per day.
* Working with hands above head for 10-30 minutes at a time
* Working underneath trucks on a creeper; installing pumps and PTO's
* Lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
* Working inside a confined space for 30 minutes at a time (16.75” wide)
